Vicki is a qualified and experienced Hypnotherapist, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Talking Therapist based in Leeds. She is an Accredited Member of The National Hypnotherapy Society and an Approved Supervisor, providing supervision for students, newly qualified and experienced Hypnotherapists. Vicki also has further training in Psychotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and the Rewind Technique, which is a method for helping people who are experiencing high anxiety conditions such as phobias, trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). In addition to this, Vicki is a member of The National Hypnotherapy Society Professional Development and Supervision Committee.

With a special interest in anxiety, fears and phobias, Vicki also sees clients with a variety of other issues too, from stopping unwanted habits such as smoking or nail biting, to overcoming life changing issues such as panic attacks and low self esteem. She uses a variety of psychological therapies to enable people to make the changes they need to move forwards and achieve their goals.

In addition to her therapy practice, Vicki also works for one of the largest NHS Trusts in the UK and is involved in improving the experience for patients who are having surgery or hospital treatment. Using her experience within the public health sector, she is keen to promote the use of hypnotherapy for patients within the NHS.
