National Hypnotherapy Society | Complaining about a therapist

The vast majority of hypnotherapists take great care to provide a safe, professional and ethically sound service. They are well aware that their clients are in a vulnerable position and strive to work for the good of their clients at all times. Nevertheless, things can go wrong in therapy and when they do it is essential that clients know their concerns will be heard and dealt with in a fair, prompt and caring manner

Dealing with concerns and complaints is one of the most important aspects of our service to the public and one which we take very seriously. As well as providing the opportunity to put things right, complaints help us to learn and to improve our work and that of our members and registrants.
