I specialise in helping clients with anxiety and panic disorders together with O.C.D. In addition, I have helped clients with stress and anxiety relating to examinations and challenging work situations. For many years, I worked as Assistant Headteacher in a large comprehensive school. One area of responsibility was staff development and welfare, wher my counselling and hypnotherapy skills were utilised.
