I come from a strong counselling background (11 years) working in and with all manner of situations and problems. Working from comfortable treatment rooms in central Shoreham.
I offer effective help for a wide range of issues including stress, depression, anxiety, confidence, self-esteem and phobias. I have a particular interest in pain management, trauma, compound trauma and PTSD.
As we are all unique individuals I like to make use of a combination of effective, creative techniques assisting my clients to develop the skills they need to facilitate their own transformation.
