Anxiety and panic attacks can have such as detrimental effect on everyday life. Hypnotherapy not only offers a way to cope with anxiety as well as panic attacks but also works get to the root cause to eliminate those negative feelings altogether and help you to move forward.
Pain Management/IBS Treatment
Hypnotherapy offers tool to help you cope with pain using visualisation and working with the subconscious mind. It also helps to eliminate the anxiety that often comes with chronic pain. Hypnotherapy can help to give you back a quality of life that pain may be holding you back from.
Phobias are irrational fears that often hold us back and disrupt our lives. Hypnotherapy can access the subconscious mind and undo what caused that phobia initially and change the way you feel and behave.
How does hypnotherapy work?
Hypnosis works by accessing the subconscious mind to explore and make changes. 90% of our feelings and behaviours come from the subconscious mind so by directly accessing the subconscious mind, we can make the real changes that will get you to your goal. Once under hypnosis, we can focus on our internal thoughts and processes. Here we can access memories or resources that will aid the achievement of the desired outcome. Suggestions are used to filter below the conscious mind, into the subconscious to affect the clients thoughts process, feelings and behaviours.
I offer private psychotherapy and often find it can work well with hypnotherapy. Each session is designed specifically for clients individual needs as I do not believe one approach helps all.
I always offer a free consultation to discuss your specific needs and see how you would like to continue.
