I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Licensed Rapid Pain Elimination Therapist (emotional and chronic pain) who is passionate about helping clients. I offer a professional, reliable and confidential service that is individually tailored to empower you to overcome issues and achieve positive outcomes. I have been able to draw on my own life experiences and that has enabled me to give a real empathic, sensitive and compassionate approach to my clients and their individual needs. Whatever is holding you back in life, or stopping you from reaching your potential, therapy is a wonderful, safe and natural way of putting you back in control.

As well as my therapy I design and deliver training that addresses the needs of some of the UK’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged people and I currently offer counselling (volunteer) to homeless and ex-offenders. I have witnessed first-hand the impact of poor mental health and am passionate about increasing awareness to reduce stigma in this area.
