I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I offer Hypnotherapy as a separate therapy or as part of an integrated approach (including counselling, psychotherapy, coaching and other therapies). I'm also a licensed Rapid Pain Elimination Therapist for elimination of chronic physical and emotional pain.
Due to my previous corporate work I have particular expertise in working with men’s issues, especially:
• Mental health: stress, anxiety, anger, self-confidence, self-worth
• Existential crisis: self-actualisation, psychic trauma
• Attachment and relationship issues, especially co-dependence and anger issues
