It is my passion to help people by addressing human needs holistically. I take your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs all into consideration as part of your healing journey.
I have experience treating a wide range of issues including low confidence and self-esteem issues, anxiety and depression, emotional healing, insomnia, emotional eating, binge eating, phobias, smoking cessation and body dysmorphia.
I approach all clients in a holistic sense, meaning, I look at you as a whole person, not just a single issue. I formulate individual treatment plans, working with you, targeting the root cause of the issue.
I practice a form of Reiki called Jikiden Reiki. It is a hands-on energy healing technique that can be used to treat a range of physical and psychological ailments. Reiki is extremely relaxing and I combine it with hypnosis to induce profound states of trance. For those who find it especially difficult to relax (for instance if you struggle to 'switch off') or if you are suffering from chronic anxiety and stress, the use of Reiki can be extremely effective in treating symptoms of anxiety and depression. The combination of Reiki and Hypnosis (Hypnotic Energy Healing) produces a unique effect of profound inner calm which often lasts long after the session is over. Many clients report experiencing deep, trance like states with this method.

The initial consultation is an extensive conversation about the problems you may be experiencing in your life currently. It is the opportunity to establish what your goals and aspirations are regarding hypnotherapy and I will explain in detail what hypnosis is and how it works.
