My name is Lisa and I love caffeine and life. My attitude is gratitude. I have always searched out different ways to tackle the problems that life inevitably throws at us.
Alternative therapies are something that has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. I have always found tablets to mask the problem rather than solve the problem. Healing and helping people is something that is ingrained in me. I would have been a doctor if my shaky hands and distaste for blood hadn't gotten in the way.
Fast forward a small amount of years and I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist, reiki healer and teacher committed to assisting people to reprogram their subconscious and achieve the very best of results for themselves.
