My own experience of overcoming adversity using hypnotherapy has helped me transform my life and led me to train as a practitioner. This is now my full time purpose.

Going through periods of personal growth such as divorce, bereavement, and career progression whilst raising my four children has given me a deep understanding into the challenges many of us face in life when approaching change. Before I was introduced to hypnotherapy I worked for a major long-haul commercial airline for 20 years. The workplace gave me the opportunity to meet many people from a variety of ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds who had a wide range of social norms and beliefs. This experience helped me have a greater understanding and compassion for people, deepening my empathy and non-judgmental approach which now underpins my clinical practice.

Like many people, my first introduction to meditation was through yoga, and it was this powerful self-connection that led me onto more focussed healing modalities. I was recommended hypnotherapy as an effective treatment for my challenges and it was a powerful experience for me. Having received many different types of healing, hypnotherapy was the one that produced genuine, lasting positive change. I knew that I wanted to help others in the same way that it had helped me. After training and working alongside my job, I decided to leave commercial aviation and focus on hypnotherapy full-time with the intention of helping people become the best version of themselves.

I understand that you may have questions about hypnotherapy so I welcome you to contact me using any of my details on this page.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
