Firstly, if your new to hypnotherapy, please don't worry, there really is nothing to worry about. Put simply it is no different than a guided meditation, you are in control at all times, and I am simply there to show you the way.
You will experience an extraordinary quality of mental, physical and emotional relaxation and this will allow your subconscious mind to accept and receive positive suggestions.
You will benefit most from my approach if you appreciate an interactive therapist. I will question, challenge, and cheer you on, you will know that I am on your side, listening to what you truly want for yourself. We will find a way to explore it and agree how we will work together to both know when you are well on your way to achieving it.

I am a fully qualified, registered and insured hypnotherapist with counselling skills and my working hours are as follows;
Monday 10.am - 4.pm
Wednesday 10.am - 6.30.pm
Friday 10.am - 6.30.pm
Saturday/Sunday could also be considered.
I work from an office in Abbots Ripton and from my home in March, Cambridgeshire.
I offer a 1 hour initial consultation. The fee is £30.00
All further sessions. Fee £40.00 per hour.
Quit smoking programmes are bespoke and will include an initial consultation prior to the 2 hour session. One off fee £150.00
Deep relaxation 40 mins fee £25.00
Payment is by BACS or cash
