I use relaxation techniques with my clients which allows them to bring about positive changes to thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This can be particularly useful when managing feelings of stress and anxiety.
There are many health benefits to achieving a sense of calm and relaxation which can be explored through hypnotherapy.
I work with a range of issues which include;
Stress Management, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Self-Confidence, Fears and Phobias.
Sessions can range from a one-off 2 hour session to six 1 hour sessions, depending on particular needs.
I work remotely and travel to clients in the County Down or Belfast area.
