Welcome, I'm Natasha.
Psychology expert with over 15 years experience in the mental health and behavioural change industry. I’m a therapist, speaker and author who works holistically with those seeking freedom from emotional turmoil.

With a background in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Coaching and Mindfulness I can help.

    Professional Experience:

    I have over 15 years experience of working with people in increasing their emotional wellbeing and resilience in both the NHS and private sector. I have a masters level qualification in psychological trauma as well as being a registered mental health nurse, an accredited member of the British Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies (BABCP) and an accredited member of the National Hypnotherapy Society.

    I have had the honour of working with the UK centre for trauma, resilience and growth supporting those who have experienced the most extreme forms of trauma. I have worked with people one to one and in group settings. I have led and implemented wellbeing programs and mindfulness classes. Had my own private practice and held senior position at Rampton high secure hospital. You could say my professional experience is ‘colourful’! I am used to providing strategic, solutions and solid plans of action to move forward.
