My business goal is to help as many people as possible find greater wellness of both mind and body - I firmly believe that one cannot exist without the other.
I offer Pilates and Hypnotherapy for both individuals and groups in the Belfast + Newtownabbey area in Northern Ireland as well as Corporate Wellness Programmes and Packages.
I believe that everyone deserves to live their life in a positive and meaningful way. While modern life can be stressful and demanding, we don't need to live in a state of perpetual stress.
I have made it my mission to study and develop techniques to help us all manage our emotional and physical wellbeing so that we can enjoy life to its full potential!
