We all have untapped reservoirs of talent and strength, and hypnotherapy can help you to access them. If you're feeling nervous about an upcoming job interview, I can prepare questions based upon the job description and the experience of years spent conducting interviews. I will help you to formulate good answers and come up with insightful questions of your own when you are asked the inevitable, 'And do you have any questions for us?' We will then have a hypnotherapy session to boost confidence and help you visualise the interview going positively. This can be especially useful when the interview is being conducted remotely as is the norm at present.

I also work with a range of other issues, so please get in touch should you have any questions. I work in a solution focused way, believing that clients have the resources within, and that the way forward is to emphasise what is changeable and possible, rather than dwelling on the past. I'd love to help you achieve your goals and begin to live the life you desire.

Lastly, it's important that client and therapist have a good rapport, so I offer a free initial consultation to ensure we are comfortable working together.
