My name is Alina-Jane and my practise is AJ Rose Hypnotherapy, based in Carterton, Oxfordshire with further appointments offered fortnightly on Harley St, London.
I became a Hypnotherapist because it literally changed my life. I had an awful fear of flying where I would become hysterical with prolonged periods of anxiety. It became so bad that I avoided flying altogether. I realise something had to change so I visited a hypnotherapist. 10 days later I was on a 10 hour flight to Texas with the relief of a weight being lifted from my shoulders. Hypnotherapy is an amazing tool and I would love the opportunity to share its benefits with you.
