I have worked in the field of education and pastoral care for over 30 years. Having gone through personal challenges I know how hard life can sometimes be and how important it is to have someone to confide in.
As a parent and a foster carer I have learnt that empathy is essential in any relationship, and I bring that empathy to my therapy. As a qualified therapist my aim is to ensure your comfort and support in any session you attend. I use gentle techniques where the client is always in control, and I will talk through the process of hypnotherapy in a free 10 minute consultation, available before you book an appointment.
Each 50 minute session is tailored to your specific needs and will be personalised to ensure that you always feel totally safe and in control. The session will allow you time to relax and heal in a totally safe and confidential environment.
