I would like you to see what life could be like without stress, low mode or fears of things that hold you back. I want to hear from you if you can imagine yourself carrying less fat or as a non smoker and would like someone to help you to achieve your dreams. I would like to help you to reduce your pain, fulfil your potential and I would like to help you to feel as good as hypnosis makes me feel.

My background is in Art, industry and training before going in to academic Psychology where I specialised in the history of Psychology and taught research methods. I was the associate editor for the history of Psychology on the British Psychological Society’s flag ship magazine The Psychologist for five years, four of which were spent editing the dedicated history page (titled “Looking Back”), which I helped to set up. I have a fascination with the human mind, and how it is understood both historically and in the present day, and the impact it can have upon our wellbeing as a whole.

Having researched hypnosis from a historical and theoretical standpoint it was not until l had first hand experience of its, almost magical, efficacy that I became completely convinced about how useful and beneficial it can be. I then studied the mechanics and practical application of the discipline and take great pleasure in being able to use this knowledge with people who have need of it.
