I have spoken at events about the ‘power of the mind’ and ‘the journey through the menopause’ with more events booked for 2021 (Covid permitting)

I have been using my coaching skills since 2006, primarily in a corporate environment, where I focused on increasing productivity whilst maintaining the wellness of the mind and the body. In 2016 I entered the world of Hypnotherapy and NLP, studying with the co-founder of NLP Dr Richard Bandler alongside his protégé, Paul McKenna

Adding to my current knowledge of how the mind influences our bodies, I continue to research and study new techniques to bring the best experiences to my clients. New for 2020 I created a 6 month Break Through Therapy program using Coaching, NLP, Energetic NLP and Hypnotherapy. This is a transformational journey for my clients and offers outstanding results.

I am passionate about helping my clients believe in themselves, demonstrating ways to overcome negative emotions, increase confidence, and ease stress and anxiety.
