I have worked for many years within the neurological rehabilitation sector both with children and adults from a wide variety of backgrounds
I have extensive experience currently working with clients with complex needs following a neurological event.
I use hypnotherapy to enable you to manage your mental well being by being able to achieve deep relaxation, to increase your self confidence and self esteem, to aid rehabilitation and to achieve your physical or functional goals, as well as overcome stress and anxiety. I am am available to work with you in the clinic and in their own home to meet your physical needs.
