My route into hypnotherapy:
I have always been interested in the mind and how it works. How people act and respond in different situations fascinates me. People watching is a favourite pastime.
I also experienced a personal trauma, where I realised the benefits of hypnotherapy first-hand. I knew this was a career path I wished to pursue.
My Treatment Areas:
I qualified with Chrysalis and have a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Introduction to Counselling Skills. I also have advanced communication training.
I have recently undertaken specialist courses in hypnotherapy for the menopause and hypnotherapy for weight management.
