I'm Liz, a qualified Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist. This basically means that I am trained to work with various therapeutic approaches, as I don’t believe that ‘one-size fits all’. I take into account you as an individual and your circumstances and use the most relevant elements of different approaches to help you explore and cope with the issues/concerns that you are facing.

I work with adult individuals and couples, using various types of therapy according to the preferences of my client and their situation, which may include:

  * Level 5 – Prince’s Trust Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice
  * Couple Therapy for Depression IAPT Practitioner Training
  * Accredited Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS Membership No. NCS20-01811)
  * Registrant Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society (Membership No. HYP20-00649)
  * Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD Membership No. 81544041)
