I run a hypnotherapy practice which helps people to improve their lives, in a positive, solution focused way, enabling them to overcome any difficulties they’ve been experiencing, make the changes they want to their lives, and reach their desired goals.

During your hypnotherapy sessions, I will gently guide you into hypnosis, which is a heightened state of relaxation, concentration and focused attention. This can be explained as a trance like mental state, which is comparable to being on auto pilot, driving a car on a well-known journey, which you’re not consciously thinking about. Most people feel calm and find this experience very relaxing and enjoyable.

Once you’ve reached this level of consciousness, you’ll be much more open to suggestions, allowing yourself to make beneficial changes to your life, to amend your behaviours, thoughts and feelings. This is because, during hypnosis we are able to access your subconscious mind which is similar to a filing cabinet or hard drive, which holds all of our learned behaviours and thoughts. During hypnosis, we can speak to your subconscious mind directly, using your own language, to make reaching your goals even more effective.

My approach is to combine hypnotherapy with solution focused hypnotherapy and suggestion therapy. I offer personalised one-to-one sessions and will develop a bespoke treatment plan which is tailored specifically for your needs, in way that allows you to feel comfortable, safe, understood, and motivated, to enable you to get to where you want to be.

I can help with:

Stop Smoking and Vaping
Do you wish you could stop smoking or vaping? Whether you’ve tried and failed to quit, possibly even several times, or have just made the positive decision that it’s time for you to stop smoking or vaping permanently, then hypnotherapy can be a really effective way to help you. It can support you by challenging unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and negative behaviours associated with smoking or vaping, and help you to live a healthier, richer life.

My tried and tested stop smoking/vaping package is over 2 sessions, and are usually no more than 4 days apart.

The first session lasts for 1 hour, but I always ask that you allow for extra time as I don’t want to rush you. I’ll guide you through some preparation for you becoming a non-smoker, and give you a hypnosis soundtrack to relax you.

The second session lasts for 1 and a half hours. Combing hypnotherapy and my unique visual presentation, you’ll discover what is making you want to smoke, and more importantly, you’ll learn how to banish cravings, and unhelpful thoughts.

Weight Management
Do you want to manage your weight? Do you want to lose weight, gain weight, maintain it, or help you to follow a healthier, more active lifestyle? If so, hypnotherapy can be an effective way to challenge unhelpful mindsets that might be getting in the way of you reaching your goal weight. Our work together can improve your confidence in your own body, and enable you to develop a positive relationship with food and exercise for long-term weight management.

Anxiety & Panic
Do you find that feelings anxiety or panic are affecting your daily life? Experiencing these feelings is our bodies natural response to stress, doing something new or uncertainty about a new situation. For some, these feelings can have a significant impact on your day-to-day life and wellbeing. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, overthinking the same things, constantly worrying, feeling mentally exhausted, using certain habits as a coping mechanism which is making you feel worse. Maybe you’re avoiding certain situations? If so, hypnotherapy can certainly help you to boost feelings of confidence, reduce feelings of fear and intense worry and help you see a way forward to make positive changes to your life.

Phobias and fears
Do you have a particular fear or phobia that you’d like to overcome? Do you have a fear or phobia of flying, driving, dogs, spiders, needles, or something more specific that is affecting or restricting your life, emotionally, socially or at work?

If so, hypnotherapy can be a great way to help you feel more in control, move forward and live your life how you want to, without being held back by a fear or phobia.
Phobias and fears can lead to avoidance and cause a lot of personal distress, which can lead to severe anxiety and panic attacks for some people. This is something I have been able to strongly relate to, as I previously lived with a phobia of dogs for most of my life, and my personal journey led me to want to help other people live their life to the full.

Confidence
Do you find that a lack of confidence and self-doubt is holding you back? Do you feel that you’re being held back from achieving your ambitions in life? Do you need a confidence boost to:
