I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist, including hypnotherapy, Counselling, CBT, coaching and supervision. I am a Fellow of the both the National Hypnotherapy Society the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH), as well as being Principal of Indigo Inspirational Training Ltd.
I am a General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) Registered Practitioner and a Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) Registered Practitioner.
I am an Anxiety UK Approved Therapist.
HS Approved Supervisor, GHR Accredited Supervisor, ACCPH Supervisor and qualified counselling supervisor.
