I am a mindfully-orientated therapist and I use a combination of counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy techniques with my clients.

As a practicing Buddhist, I believe within each of us resides amazing joy, strength, resourcefulness, intelligence, humanity and spirit and it is this belief that drives me to help clients connect with their deeper wisdom. Both personally and professionally, I have experienced the healing and transformative power of connecting with this deeper wisdom; there is a part of us that already knows the solution to all of our problems.

Stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and addictions are all forms of suffering that can show where we are still attached to unhelpful beliefs. Emotional challenges are always difficult, but when we open fully to our challenges we experience the most radical growth and transition in our lives. Through greater understanding of our pain and suffering we are able to transform our lives and reach our true potential.
My aim is to help clients make a leap in consciousness, to connect with their true selves and to believe that there is life and joy beyond their problems.

Whatever difficulty you are experiencing, happiness and freedom already exist within you. All you need to bring to therapy with me are an open-mind and heart and a desire to seek the truth in your story; the truth of your story is always much kinder than any of your thoughts.

I have worked successfully to help clients uncover their story and to help them perceive the enormous possibility that lies within. Choose to set yourself free; you are more than you know and capable of life changing realisations which will lead you to a more fulfilling life both personally and as part of the great world-wide!
