Helpful Information on our New Look

You may have seen some of the exciting new developments that have been happening behind the scenes, with sneak peeks of our new logo, and information about upcoming changes to our website and your member portal.

We’re delighted to announce that from the 3rd of July, we will officially begin using our fresh new branding.

Our new website is under construction and our team are working hard on new features that align with our professional new branding.

We have put together some helpful FAQs below to ensure that our members are kept up to date during this process.

When do we officially start to change our branding?
You will start to see us introducing our new branding on the 3rd July 2023 in preparation for our new website to launch later this year.
I am an Individual Member, how do I download my new logo?
From the 3rd of July, you will be able to download your new logo in the normal manner through the Members’ Area of the website. Your existing logo is still valid, and we’ll let you know the date by which we’d like you to have it changed over (we’ll be certain to give you plenty of notice).
I am an Individual Member do I need to download a new certificate?
No. Updated certificates will be issued when the new website is launched. There will be no changes to your certificates until then.
Do I need to make any changes to my profile?
You don't need to make any changes to your profile at this point. The only thing to be aware of currently is that the new logos will be available from the 15th of May 2023.
When will the new website be live?
Our team are working really hard with developers behind the scenes to get the new and improved website up and running. We will be launching the website later this year and we are so excited to share it with you.
Do I need to make any immediate changes to my website, business cards etc.?
No. This is a phased change. For the next few months, you will see both the old and new Society logos in use while we are in this transition period.
I am a Student Member, how does this effect me?
This should have no impact on our Student members as they are not issued logos.
I am an Organisational Member, do I need to do anything?
If you are a current Organisational Member of the Hypnotherapy Society, you will have received an email by the 3rd July 2023,
We will send your new logos directly to you on the 3rd July 2023.
No other action is required if you are an Organisational Member.
I am a Training Provider, do I need to do anything?
If you are a current Training Provider with us, we will be in touch after the 3rd July to send you your new logos. This process will be complete by the end of July 2023.
No other action is required if you are a Training Provider.
