My work involves a combination of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. Your life and your personality are unique, which is why my approach is personal, practical and finely tuned to your needs and priorities.
In terms of qualifications, I am UKCHO and CNHC registered, qualified and accredited Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist, fully trained drug and alcohol counsellor and I served for three years as a member of the Executive Management Committee for Drug Care in St Albans. I studied Integrative Supervision at the Metanoia Institute, Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy at Regents College, London, also worked and trained with Herts Social Services to work with young people in care. Studied and trained to work in drug and alcohol services.
