I work with adults, teens and children across a very broad range of difficulties and challenges, specialising in Hypnotherapy for IBS, Anxiety and Depression, Hypnobirthing and Mindfulness.
My practice is within a retreat-style Hypnotherapy studio in the North Kent Downs, and I also provide home visits for those wishing to experience Hypnotherapy in the comfort of their own home.
My skills are continually kept up to date with further training and professional development through the National Hypnotherapy Society, The London College of Clinical Hypnosis, Uncommon Knowledge and The Hypnobirthing Association.
