I am a fully accredited clinical hypnotherapist, hypnotherapy trainer and supervisor, psychotherapist, counsellor & development coach. I run a busy practice on the South Coast working with a diverse range of issues that affect adults, couples, children and families. I also help businesses deal with staff motivation, performance and other related issues such as workplace stress.
I help people overcome anxiety, fears, phobias and addictions. I also work with individuals to improve confidence with public speaking, interviews, exams and driving. I have significant experience in couples and family counselling.
I am one of the few hypnotherapists who regularly works with children, providing therapy on a range of issues including phobias, aggression, lack of confidence and behavioural disorders such as Asperger’s Syndrome – to name just a few.
In addition, I work with sports professionals and privately with talented sporting children and adults helping them to focus on improved, sustained performance – I have had an amazing success rate. I have also helped entertainers to overcome stage fright, as well as other fears and anxieties.
I am a regular guest on several radio programmes in the UK and overseas. I write for local and national media publications and blog sites.
I have been interviewed by national publications and have also presented on several internet TV programmes on subjects which include: dealing with phobias, body language at interviews & attracting a partner.
