I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and Counsellor with a variety of experience to help my clients work through those aspects of life that are stopping them from moving forward. I work with a variety of clients to help them release the blocks that are stopping them from living the life they want to live.

I work with clients for a variety of reasons including stress, anxiety, fears and phobias, weight loss, to stop smoking, bereavement, depression and relationship problems. Having worked as both a nurse and a midwife, I also have a special interest in women's reproductive health including fertility problems, hypnosis for childbirth, birth fears, birth trauma and post birth issues as well as the menopause.

I am also an Approved Supervisor and am able to support both students and qualified hypnotherapists within their practice.
