I have been helping people achieve happiness and contentment, whilst resolving problems, for the past 30 years, in my Hertfordshire and Harley St consulting rooms and as an adviser and commentator on TV, radio and in the press.

My work involves a combination of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. Your life and your personality are unique, which is why my approach is personal, practical and finely tuned to your needs and priorities.

  • Qualifications & Experience
    In terms of qualifications, I am UKCHO and CNHC registered, qualified and accredited Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist, fully trained drug and alcohol counsellor and I served for three years as a member of the Executive Management Committee for Drug Care in St Albans. I am PCI DSS compliant and an accredited member of:

    The College of Advanced Hypnotherapy
    The National Hypnotherapy Society

    I studied Integrative Supervision at the Metanoia Institute, Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy at Regents College, London, also worked and trained with Herts Social Services to work with young people in care. Studied and trained to work in drug and alcohol services.
