I have experience working with people with a number of mental health difficulties and those who want to make lifestyle choices. During the first session we will chat about the issue and come up with a plan that we both agree on. I will also answer any questions that you may have. From there we will carry out a treatment plan unique to you. I will also record sessions if you wish so you can listen to them at home.
