I combine hypnotherapy with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques in order to offer you or your child a thorough and well-rounded approach to therapy. CBT is a mode of therapy that focuses on changing negative thought patterns in order to eliminate unwanted behaviours.

This natural and effective combination therefore allows your issue to be addressed at the unconscious level, identifying and solving the cause and so reliving the symptoms; whilst at the same time enabling you to adjust your conscious thought patterns and resulting behaviours. This combination allows me to treat a vast range of issues in anyone aged 5 and over. I am also able to treat individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and a range cognitive disabilities.

I provide a friendly, caring, confidential service in a relaxed environment to help you overcome the issues that are standing in your way. I can help you or your child get rid of negative emotions, behaviours, habits and thought patterns in a gentle, enjoyable and long-lasting way.
