I'm Jayne, a qualified hypnotherapist, counsellor, and IEMT practitioner with extensive knowledge and years of experience dedicated in helping people from all walks of life, with difficulties or issues limiting and preventing them from living their best life.
My career originally began in logistics, managing distribution for various blue-chip companies. During this time, conducting staff appraisals ignited my passion for helping people.
I've always been fascinated by human behaviour and why we do the things we do. After facing my own life struggles and benefiting from therapy, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a therapist.
My clinic is based within my home, away from the busy clinic I used to share! I've created a warm and relaxing environment in which you will instantly feel at ease in. A safe space, allowing you to open up and be your true authentic self, free from judgment.
I specialize in anxiety management, drawing from my personal experience with it many years ago. The insights I have gained would have been invaluable back then, and they fuel my passion for helping others navigate their anxiety today. Anxiety manifests in various ways, from physical symptoms to deeper, underlying causes or triggers. My role is to delve into these layers and guide you towards living your best life.
Anxiety is often a natural response to pressure, fear, or perceived threats, affecting us physically, mentally, and behaviourally. However, when anxiety becomes overwhelming and disrupts daily life, it can lead to constant worry, avoidance of situations, and difficulty interacting with others.
Anxiety stems from diverse situations and life experiences, making its impact highly personal. If you asked 100 people what anxiety means to them, you'd likely receive 100 different answers. Sometimes, anxiety has no obvious triggers, making it even more overwhelming and distressing, potentially leading to a fear of anxiety itself and even panic attacks.
For those who haven't experienced anxiety, it can be challenging to understand and may feel like losing control and sometime feel like your going mad! Anxiety is a symptom and not the root cause. It might not be apparent to you why your feeling anxious. Through my personalised approach, we work together to uncover the root cause of your anxiety. Giving you techniques to help alleviate your symptoms and challenge negative thought patterns, cultivating a sense of calm and confidence. I offer a range of therapeutic tools, including hypnotherapy, counselling, and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), to help you regain control and live your best life.
