I originally trained as a teacher for the primary years 21 years ago. When I became a CPD and training coordinator in tertiary and primary education I spent a great deal of time supporting staff in what could be described as a ‘counselling’ and supportive role. I later considered formal counselling training and graduated with Chrysalis Courses with a Diploma in Hypnotherapy as well and became a member of The National Counselling Society an Accredited Member of The National Hypnotherapy Society
