I have always had an interest in how the mind works. It is fundamentally the only one we have for the entirety of our lives. Working with people and through my own experiences I noticed how a lot of, if not all types of conflict originated in the mind. Now wouldn’t it be great if we could find a way to undo and change all of that? To keep all the positive learnings from our experiences and let go of the baggage? This is how I view Hypnotherapy.
I work with clients on the belief that everyone have everything already to be able to make the changes they want. Working using NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Time Line Therapy provides a succinct and successful way to facilitate lasting changes.
