I am a hypnotherapist and an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, supporting clients’ personal development, anger, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, difficulties in relationships, work-related stress, identity issues, intimacy problems, feelings of loneliness or isolation, life-changing events, with more specialist training and experience in loss and bereavement counselling. I respect each client’s individual needs and work through a range of personal, emotional and behavioural concerns.
