Hello and lovely to meet you.
My name is Lisa and I've been practicing Hypnotherapy since 2014. I'm currently studying towards my masters degree in Psychology and I've always had a strong desire to help others in matters of the mind.
I've been married over 35yrs and have two grown children with families of their own.
Although a trained chef, I have worked as a PCO in the prison service and project worker for the homeless. Following on from this experience and having cared for my parent in their last 2years I decided that talking therapies was the first way forward in achieving success with unresolved issues and problems. I have hands on experience dealing with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and I have a special interest in the LGBTQ+ community.
My aim, through diversity and inclusion is to assist in the improvement of the mental well being of others with understanding and compassion.
