A warm welcome, I am Jacqueline a highly skilled, experienced Therapist and I love hypnotherapy so to create an authentic curiosity to explore not just symptoms such as fear, stress, anxiety, panic, disrupted sleep, intrusive thoughts, diet, drink and or gambling patterns but to gain fundamental insight. Uncovering limiting beliefs offers phenomenal understanding; triggering, oh that is why I think that, feel that and do that! Connecting to a longed for ha ha moment promoting empathic understanding, unleashing the power to move forward with an awareness of yourself, putting the jigsaw back together with a clear, updated and accurate picture, healthy belief systems. Together we use the past as learning, informing the future with a powerful re-coded mindset, one that works for you and not against you, empowered, excited for supportive change…nurturing connection.

I provide respectful non judgmental and personalised hypnotherapy. Sessions are supportive and empowering working towards a deeper understanding of experiences that may have resulted in emotional distress, depression, low esteem, anxiety, stress, fear, trauma, phobia, and potentially feelings of guilt or shame.

I also have many years experience delivering well-being workshops, previously working as a youth worker, and adult mental health advocate. As a school counsellor I both offer an integrative and neuro diverse approach, therapy in accordance to developmental stage. Sessions also draw from attachment and trauma based psychology informing play based therapy, informed by, early life experiences laying the foundation for adulthood, forming the architecture of the brain.

I also recognise how daunting it is looking for the right therapist, alongside the prospect of looking at the feelings that cause the greatest fear. I have experience of living with high anxiety, fear and with a constant feeling of not being good enough. Similarly I have experienced hypnotherapy, being sat in the opposite chair, as client, going through the exploration process and finding my inner calm, connecting with confidence, positive self talk, esteem and acceptance of being enough.

I know it helps to know a little about what to expect, so the first session, is the initial consultation, an information gathering session, together we build a picture so to create an individualised therapeutic plan. It is also the first step in getting to know each other, a safe space for you, to ask any questions, discuss any concerns and talk freely. Also supportive of making an informed decision, regarding future sessions.
