I qualified as a Hypnotherapist in 2015 & went on to complete an Advanced Diploma in Counselling (Chrysalis Course - endorsed by the Professional Standards Authority) after completing 100 voluntary Supervised hours towards accreditation as a Registrant Member of the National Counselling Society in 2018.
Before deciding to become a Hypnotherapist I had an extensive professional career as a Pharmacist in the local community where contact with people & helping with medical issues was pivotal to my decision to want to help people at a deeper level with their many & diverse mental health issues.
My combined skills work well together to offer you a confidential & personalised experience to explore your issues. Your overall wellbeing is prioritised during & after therapy, helping you to achieve a more fulfilling life.
Sessions take place in a friendly and confidential therapeutic environment with flexible appointment times to suit. Sessions are offered for 1 to 1.5 hours depending on issue, by Zoom Video platform & face-to-face, guided by Covid-19 regulations in force at time of booking.
