I have been using Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy, EFT, Matrix re-imprinting, NLP, Meditation, life coaching and other techniques etc to help myself and others since 2009. I started because I used to be a very unhealthy person and had to use a lot of different psychological techniques to make a lot of changes to my diet and life very quickly. This included stopping smoking cigarettes, greatly reducing alcohol consumption, losing between 4 and 5 stone in weight, pain relief and recovering from an operation that left a hole in my arm.
I believe that hypnotherapy is the best way available for creating therapeutic results desired by clients in an enjoyable relaxing creative format that puts the client in more control of not just their therapeutic experience but in their life as a whole.
