As a certified Hypnotherapist and experienced Soul Coach I support my clients in gaining more confidence and help them boost their self-esteem, I assist them in reducing anxiety and stress by relaxation techniques and teaching them self-hypnosis. I assist clients overcoming bad habits that are caused by long term anxiety and worry and I offer continuous support in managing stress successfully.
I started my healing career many years ago as Reiki practitioner but soon I found that the uplifting and motivating talks I had with my clients during the sessions were much more appreciated and helpful than the energy healing I provided. I decided to turn my attention more to Life and Soul Coaching and on the never ending journey of my personal development and helping other people I also became a certified Hypnotherapist.

Hypnotherapy is very beneficial to make significant positive changes and transformations in your life that can be experienced after just a few sessions. That is mainly due to the fact that during Hypnosis we work with the subconscious mind directly so a much more rapid learning process takes place than when we only work with the conscious mind.
I am an advocate of well-being on all levels, may that be emotional, spiritual, mental or physical and I support my clients in living a happier and healthier life by facilitating positive changes.
