I am a therapist who is passionate about supporting others to explore themselves when they wish to make positive changes in their lives. It can feel quite daunting to to do this alone but with support, I have seen clients grow and take control of they lives, finding inner strength and determination to rediscover self worth and self esteem. I am also qualified to work therapeutically with children and have previously worked as a teacher for 30 years. I am a manager in child and adolescent mental health work and have studied a wide range of areas including trauma and attachment issues. I can work using hypnotherapy, a combination of counselling and hypnotherapy or counselling alone. An initial consultation with a client can determine the preferred approach.
I have personal experience of the power go hypnotherapy for stopping smoking and have not smoked for 8 years following one session. I have worked with adults with anxiety, panic attacks and phobias as well as bereavement, loss and self esteem and smoking cessation.
