As a practitioner of Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Counselling, and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) I have learned how to identify triggers in our environment which can leave us vulnerable to undesirable behaviours and reactions and how the intricate dynamics of relationships - both at work and in one’s personal life - can be better understood and managed to enable long lasting positive change.

My purpose is to support people to achieve better mental states, increase their life enjoyment, and boost their productivity and energy whilst developing a better understanding of their mental processes.

• Qualifications & Experience

  Michaela Grecu (BSC HONS PSY. DIP. HYPN. COUNS), a licensed mental health and wellbeing practitioner with over a decade's experience of working with individual clients and corporate organisations. She is also a member of several professional organisations including The National Hypnotherapy Society and The National Counselling Society.
