As a complementary therapist, I take pride of my knowledge and skills in making sure a triage of symptoms (physical, psychological) is being made by the relevant professional if needed, so my patients are feeling safe and clear about what is going on in their body and mind and eliminate or know any clinical causes before approaching complementary therapy.

I often work hand in hand with other professionals as I have to make sure my patients have appropriate support.

My therapeutic style is Integrative Approach and the number of sessions can be a set short term intervention or long term , depending on individual circumstances.

I have a flexible and tailored way of working with my patients, combining various therapeutic styles to suit the uniqueness of each individual.

I have over 20 years professional experience working with people as a Nurse, Mental Health worker and Social Worker.

I believe everybody benefits from having psychotherapy at some point in their lives and I know this is not always easy to decide or to access.

Dedicated to my vocation , I bring in the therapy room a great amount of transferable skills and knowledge and dedicated self to the wellbeing of my patients.

Between work and ongoing study and research,I balance my life enjoying simple things , art and nature.

I dedicate regular weekends providing Creative Art Therapy workshops for adults.
