After spending over 35 years managing and coaching people in in large and successful commercial businesses I now practice part time as a Psychotherapist and volunteer one day a week with a charity based in a local high school.
I make a difference by helping people to believe in themselves and giving them the confidence they need to make the changes necessary to get their lives back on track.
