I became a Hypnotherapist earlier this year because of an extremely positive experience Hypnobirthing my beloved son in 2015. Having had a wonderful and very relaxing labour I thought 'wouldn't it be nice if I could help other people feel the way I did whilst under hypnosis'? So shortly after the birth of my eldest son I decided to become a fully qualified therapist.

My background is in Marketing and I am also a Director of a Branding and Communications company so I guess you could say that I am good at reading situations, good at problem solving and most of all - good with people.
