I am a qualified Hypnotherapist. I have a clinic at The Beauty Lounge St Ives at One Leisure St Ives on Tuesdays.
I work using positive suggestive therapy whilst you are in the natural state of hypnosis to assist where past attempts to eliminate or control undesirable behaviour have not worked. Hypnotherapy is a tool to assist you to establish new patterns of behaviour and thinking, replace bad habits and resolve inner conflict. You are always in control and I cannot make you do anything you don't want to do.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation. Sessions last 60 minutes and my fee is £50 per session. Weight management and quit smoking programs are a one off two hour session with a set fee. Payment is by BACS, cash or cheque.
