I offer a warm safe environment, where trust can be built and progress will be made. I am registered with NHS, NCS and BACP which ensures I continue to work to a high standard. My supervision is with a world class lady, she ensures that I continue my professional development and have personal support when I need it, after all I am only human too.
Although I work across the board with a wide range of clients, I do have a special interest in men’s mental health .

Hypnotherapy : What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses the power of suggestion to encourage positive change. I will use relaxation techniques to help you reach a state where the conscious part of your mind is relaxed and your subconscious part is more open to suggestion.
Then I will use techniques to talk to your subconscious this encourages the positive change you’re looking for.
I cannot make you do anything that you do not wish to do and nor would I wish to do so.

    Accredited level 3 in Hypnotherapy and Counselling
    Accredited level 4 Higher National Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
    Accredited level 5 Professional Higher Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
    Certificate in Hypnoband Weight-loss
    Certificate in Pastlife Regression for groups or 1-1
    Certificate in 1 Session Therapy.
    Certificate in Child Protection
    Certificate in EMDR
