I have been working as a counsellor and hypnotherapist since 2019, working with a wide range of presenting issues.
Offering online or telephone support via Teams, Zoom or standard phone call, I will help you explore your concerns in a safe and non-judgemental environment, while respecting your needs for confidentiality.
As we work together, we will be looking to empower you, through re-framing and reducing the effects of what you are seeking help with. Working to a minimum of three sessions to build and enhance the therapy model to gain maximum effect for you.

    Chrysalis Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
    CPD certificate for working with Self Harm and Self Sabotage.
    CPD certificate for Hypnotherapy for Trauma Resolution.
    CPD certificate for Rapid Inductions in hypnotherapy.
    CPD certificate for regression to cause and inner child
    CPD certificate in parts therapy
